Our Story: From Youth Development to Business Consulting
The Mintnex AG was founded in 2022 by Rolf Schaub and Ulrike Rüdiger-Ludwig. The roots of the company lie in the vision of closing a gap in the promotion of ICT talents that extends beyond the age of 15 and bridges to the ICT Scouts.
From this impulse, a larger mission quickly developed: not only to prepare the next generation but to make the entire SME landscape fit for the future. We recognised that the greatest need lies in the practical application of AI in everyday business. Thus, an idea for talent promotion evolved into an agile company that supports SMEs in implementing their AI projects.
